Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Damaged items
At Mr Salmon, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your sunglasses, we are here to assist with a simple and efficient returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
• Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with no signs of wear or damage. They must be in the original packaging, including any protective cases, tags, and accessories that were included with the purchase.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. This helps us confirm the details of your order and process your request efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Items that show signs of wear or damage
Refunds
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.
• Time Frame for Refunds: It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or colour:
• Same Conditions Apply: The sunglasses must be in new and unused condition.
• Contact Us: Please initiate the exchange by contacting our Customer Support Team within the 30-day return window.
• Processing Time: Once we receive your item for exchange, we will process the new order within 3-5 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or are defective:
• Immediate Contact: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Proof of Damage: We may ask for photos of the damage to process the return or replacement quickly.
• Free Return Shipping: In the case of defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no extra charge.
International Returns
• International Customers: Returns from outside New Zealand are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes paid for international shipping are non-refundable.
• Time Frame for Refunds: International returns may take longer to process depending on the shipping method used.
